Service Description
Costa del Hus provides Spanish property search, consultation, and purchase assistance services specifically for Nordic buyers.
Premium Intelligence Subscription
- Monthly subscription fee: €29
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months
Free Viewing Accommodation
- Subject to qualification criteria
- Accommodation provided for 2-3 nights
- Minimum commitment to view 3 properties
- Must demonstrate serious purchase intent
Property Information
All property information is provided in good faith but may be subject to change. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.
Limitation of Liability
Costa del Hus acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for property defects, transaction failures, or investment performance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
